Rob de Oude studied painting, sculpture and art history at the Hoge School voor de Kunsten (Amsterdam) and SUNY Purchase. He's shown in the US and abroad, including Galerie Gourvennec Ogor (Marseille), Storefront Bushwick (Brooklyn) and McKenzie Fine Art (New York), and participated in art fairs in New York, Miami and Paris. He’s been featured in the NY Post, L Magazine and others, and his work is represented by McKenzie Fine Art in New York City.
de Oude and Reuben Bechtold met as SUNY Purchase art students. Studio Bechtold and Billywick Inc. (de Oude’s company) have since partnered on art crating/installation and built private art galleries in Miami. Their current project is a 35-foot de Oude sculpture to be fabricated by Studio Bechtold.
Based in Stamford, CT, George Greczylo is an Emmy Award-winning veteran of lighting and set design, with experience across theatre, dance, opera, concerts and broadcast. He’s illuminated presidential town hall meetings, live TV shows, and Hollywood stars on press junkets for major studios. He’s designed productions for the YES Network, ESPN, Ferro Productions, NBC, CNN, USGA and Bleacher Report.
Greczylo’s collaborations with Reuben Bechtold date back to shared design/build projects for the New York Giants in 1999. Today, known for “bringing all the pieces together,” he serves as a primary Studio Bechtold partner on fine art projects requiring expert lighting integrations and effects.
Based in Dallas, TX, van Enter Studio has a reputation for fearless art conservation (some would even call it "rescue"). Founder Michael van Enter was recently featured in the Dallas News. He created a custom process to remove massive mosaics by Millard Sheets from a soon-to-be-demolished Mercantile Dallas building. He has since restored and relocated them.

Reuben Bechtold travels to Dallas regularly to contribute toward specialized projects and serves as van Enter Studio's East Coast representative. Michael van Enter operated out of Studio Bechtold's workspace while restoring an Alighiero Boetti sculpture for NYC's Museum of Modern Art in 2012.
Based in Port Washington, NY, Port Stained Glass founder Larry Gordon has been designing, crafting and restoring stained glass artworks for over 25 years. His work can be seen in churches and synagogues as well as private homes, and his public art projects have included subway station installations for the Metropolitan Transit Authority in NYC.

Gordon's work with Studio Bechtold spans restoration and new projects. They collaborated to restore the historic Rose Window at Stanton St. Shul (NYC), built a large-scale sculpture for artist Dannielle Tegeder commissioned by the Wellin Museum, and recently restored windows at the Duke University Chapel.
Based in New Rochelle, NY, Leon Dewan is a second-generation inventor, artist and musician who specializes in electronic instruments. He earned a degree in Physics from Yale, and most notably co-invented the Dewanatron family of synthesizers with his cousin, Brian Dewan. Their creations and partnership were recently profiled in the New York Times.
Dewan and Reuben Bechtold have worked together since they met at SUNY Purchase in the 1990s, and Studio Bechtold currently fabricates Dewanatrons' wooden instrument cases. Dewan has also served as an electrical engineering consultant on a variety of retail display and architectural lighting projects.
Based in Port Washington, NY, Anne DeAcetis is a professional writer and editor, among other creative projects. Her practice spans RFPs/proposals, development (grant-writing) and both creative and corporate ghostwriting. She enjoys the challenge of writing about design and creative vision, finding the words for the compelling story behind conceptual work.

DeAcetis has known Reuben Bechtold and his artistry since the late 1980s, and commissioned him to complete scenic design work for her own solo performance. She has supported Studio Bechtold on proposals and stands as a ready resource for completing applications for public art projects.
